Sales Policy

We take great care in describing our pieces. Should you have any questions about the piece you are ordering, please email us before placing your order. Should that rare occasion arise where you feel you must return an item, contact us for return instructions within three (3) days of receipt of your item. Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund if it has been returned in the same condition as when originally shipped. Return shipping costs are not refunded.

Order Processing

Upon submission of your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation.

Pricing
All payments must be made with money orders that are in 'U.S. Dollars". If your payment by money order is not received within 7 days, your piece will be returned to inventory and the sale cancelled. Items paid for by money order are normally shipped within three business days.

Sales taxes (if any) are calculated based on the location to which the product is being shipped.

Shipping and Handling Policy
Items will be shipped by US Postal Service according to the choice made by the buyer at time of check out. 

In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged, you must work with the carrier to file a claim. They will normally want to see the entire order (all contents and all original packing material). Do not repack and do not return the damaged items to us unless you are instructed to do so.  We will work with you throughout the process.
